Lynn Morrison is of British and German descent on her mother’s side and a proud member of Simpcw First Nation on her father’s side. Blessed with a bonus family, she often spent her youth within Nlaka’pamux territory, where her bonus dad calls home and paradise. Lynn completed her Bachelor of Arts degree from Thompson Rivers University and is continuing her learning with the pursuit of a Certificate in Indigenous Language Proficiency in Secwepemctsín from Simon Fraser University. She is humbled to work for Llenllenéy’ten (High Bar First Nation) as the Natural Resource Project Assistant. In her role, she supports the Natural Resource Department and team in coordinating meetings and information, supporting the Leads across the various initiatives to progress the department’s strategic objectives.
