Jamie Fletcher
Jamie Fletcher is the son of Roy and Molly Fletcher, and the grandson of Celestine Fletcher and Jack Alexander. Jamie has three siblings; he has two sisters and one brother. Jamie was born in Alberta where he lived until he was in the tenth grade. In 1996 Jamie’s parents decided to move back to Clinton, BC. Jamie continued his education at David Stoddart School where he graduated in 1998. Jamie started out in construction as an Iron Worker at the Chasm Sawmill. After graduation Jamie moved to Edmonton where he became a certified Red Seal Journeyman Welder. Jamie is also a certified Welding Inspector and a level two certified Welding Supervisor. Jamie started his own Company in 2005 and around that time he moved to Lavington, BC where he still currently resides with his wife and three beautiful children. In his free time Jamie enjoys hunting, fishing and coaching his son’s hockey team. Jamie previously completed one term on Council alongside his father prior Kukpi7 Roy Fletcher before taking the role of the current Kukpi7. Jamie would also like to personally thank his community for allowing him the opportunity to be in the position he is in today.

Bernice Hook
Bernice was born and raised in Clinton, BC so the community of High Bar and Clinton are of the utmost importance to her. She has been devoted, through volunteering, job positions and previous Council position, to ensure that High Bar thrives. A strong, united, prosperous community is her goal so she is an advocate for all the Band members, especially the youth and elders and is a strong believer in transparency.

Cassidy Fletcher-McKague
Cassidy is a proud member of Llenlleney’ten. Cassidy grew up in Clinton and them moved to Tk’emlu’ps where she completed her Bachelor of Social Work at Thompson Rivers University.
Cassidy worked in the social work field in Kamloops for a couple years and then moved home to Clinton to be closer to her family. Cassidy is now working for her community as the Services Coordinator.

Joan Fletcher
Llenllenéy'ten (High Bar) First Nation is honoured to recognize Tkwenem7íple7m Joan Fletcher, a returning voice on Council re-elected in 2025. Tkwenem7íple7m Fletcher continues to serve her community with care, responsibility, and the grounded commitment that has defined her time in this role.
