50th Annual Elders Gathering — "Standing Side by Side" | August 25–26, 2026
Vancouver Convention Centre, East Building
Join us for a milestone celebration — our 50th Annual Elders Gathering! Two full days of culture, connection, and honouring our elders.
Highlights:

Grand Entry, cultural performances by the 2026 Host Nation, Lil'wat Nation

Introduction of the 2026 Elders Gathering King & Queen
-
Elder services: hair, nails, foot care, healing room, hearing/vision checks, and more
-
Vendor Centre with 64 craft & info booths
-
Red Dress Fashion Show, hoop dance performance, and live entertainment (including tribute performances and comedy)

2 plated lunches, 2 plated dinners, and daily coffee/tea breaks
-
50/50 draws and progressive raffles
Registration: $650 per person (elders, helpers, and drivers all pay the same fee)
Registration deadline: Extended to July 27th, 5 PM Registration by courier only — no Canada Post, no on-site registration, all seating is assigned and prepaid.

You're invited to join us for the 2nd Annual Skwlāx Education Department Golf Tournament a fun day of golf, great prizes, and community spirit, all in support of Skwlāx youth programs!
